Lux Royal Threads was founded by Amy — a textile specialist, designer, and lifelong creator.

Her journey began early, sewing her own garments and designing prom dresses. She later created costumes in her college theater department, where she developed a deep understanding of structure, fit, and the transformative power of fabric.

Amy earned a degree in Textile Technology in Philadelphia and began her professional career working with high-performance textiles for the medical, aerospace, and automotive industries. Through roles in quality control, marketing, and program management, she cultivated expertise in material integrity, durability, and technical precision.

Design remained constant through every chapter — from heirloom christening gowns to custom garments, and a return to theatrical costume design.

In her next season, she reimagined denim.

What began with designer silk scarves layered onto jackets evolved into Lux Royal Threads — a refined collection of elevated, handcrafted statement pieces.
