Are your jackets upcycled or brand new?
Both. Some designs begin with premium upcycled denim that we elevate with silk scarves, luxe textiles, patches, and embellishments. Others are created on brand-new denim jackets selected for quality, structure, and fit. Every piece is handcrafted with the same attention to detail.

What does “upcycled” mean?
Upcycling means giving new life to existing garments or materials. We transform high-quality denim using elevated textiles and specialty details to create a finished piece that feels refined, personal, and truly unique.

Can I request a custom jacket?
Yes. Custom pieces are available when scheduling and materials allow. Custom work may include denim color, theme, fabric selection, embellishments, and size preference. Because custom jackets are made specifically for you, they are final sale.

How do I choose the right size?

What is your shipping policy?
Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 5–7 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity and material availability. If specialty sourcing extends the timeline, we’ll communicate with you along the way. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
